Hello, Welcome Back. I know I haven’t posted in a while but I promise I have my reasons. 1. My mental health hasn’t been that great, it’s definitely not the worst it’s been but I’ve just been having a hard time find motivation to write and I don’t want to post anything that I’m not proud of and 2. My computer broke, I had to send my computer away to apple and they put in a new logic board because my computer totally crapped out. Now that I have my computer back and I’ve worked up enough motivation to write I am here to bring you my October favorites! Let’s get started!
Born This Way Foundation
I have been loving the Born This Way foundation by Too Faced this month. I wear the color Porcelain mixed with a straight white foundation because the undertone of the foundation is yellow where I’m more pink, so adding the white makes it match me a little better. This product has a natural dewy finish but I do still set it with a powder. It has beautiful coverage, I only have to use one pump to cover everything I want to cover.
Naked Skin Concealer
At the beginning of the month one of Ulta’s Hot Buys was the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer, I had owned it once and decided to buy it since it was only 14 dollars and boy am I glad I did! I love the tone and coverage of this product. It’s a lighter consistency then the concealer I mentioned last month Tarte Shape Tape but it still delivers full coverage. I recommend you checking it out if you haven’t already!
If you have read my My Favorite Products: Powder you will already know that Mac Melba is one of my all time FAVORITE blushes. I haven’t stopped being able to use it this month. The color of it is beautiful it goes with every makeup look possible. If you want a dramatic look or a natural look it pulls everything together. It lasts all day without fading which is great for those who work all day or don’t like to fuss with touch ups like myself.
Now it’s onto more random favorites, my favorite TV show this month is Full House. Full House has actually been my favorite show since I was a young girl. I use to watch it everyday after school for years I’ve seen every episode multiple time so when I saw that it was put on Hulu I was over the moon. I find this show absolutely hilarious regardless of how many times I’ve seen it. I usually watch it at night before bed and it just helps me wind down at night. If you haven’t seen this show yet I really recommend it.
Seven Nights to Surrender
I found this book on the bargain table at the book store Barnes and Noble for 5 dollars and wow I am so glad I picked it up. Now be warned this is a R rated romance book so unless you are into that genre you might not enjoy it, but personally I LOVE trashy romance novels. This book takes place in Paris and the main girl Kate is visiting for a week to find herself where she also finds Rylan, a man who is hiding for himself and his problems. They spend a great week together feeling things they both didn’t expect to until Rylan’s problems catch up with him. I am currently on the second book and I really recommend you checking this out.
Barnes & Noble Cafe Cookies
Speaking of Barnes and Nobles, I have been LOVING their Cafe chocolate chip cookies. They are my guilty pleasure especially because B & N have been giving out coupons every time you purchase something from the cafe for a buy one get one free of there cookies. Thankfully this sale will be ending soon because if it didn’t I would turn into a chocolate chip cookie myself!
Those are all the things I have been loving this month, leave me a comment of everything you loved this month I’d love to hear from you. Until next time,
