My Favorite Christmas Movies

Hello! Welcome Back! It’s the first of December which means Christmas season is in full swing and I could not be happier! I was going to try and do Blogmas but things have just been too crazy so I haven’t had the time to properly plan. Have no fear though I will still be putting out a bunch of Christmas content this month. I mean Christmas is my favorite holiday after all. You all know how much I love my cosy weekends in, which is why I thought it would be perfect for today’s post to be centered around my favorite Christmas films. I am one of those crazy Christmas ladies that wishes Christmas went on for at least 3 months, so I love me a good Christmas movie. So grab some Christmas treats, throw on your favorite Christmas sweater, and let’s jump into my favorite Christmas movies.

The Holiday

Jude Law. That’s it, that’s why it’s one of my favorites.. onto the next one.

I’m kidding, although Jude Law is very much an added plus. If you give me a Rom Com based around Christmas there’s like a 99.999% chance I’m going to love it. This movie is centered around two woman who both need a vacation far away from their real lives. So what do they do? Why they switch houses of course. Spending Christmas in a entirely new town with no one that they know. Of course they both meet people from the other ones life and fall in love with them. I mean truly, it’s your typical romantic comedy. The cheese level of this movie is about a 10 but what better time to indulge in a super cheesy movie then Christmas. Honestly if you haven’t checked out this movie, you totally should.

Love Actually

Now, would it really be a favorite Christmas movie post without Love Actually? The answer is, NO. Can you tell I have a thing for Christmas Rom-Coms? I really love that there are so many different story lines yet, they are all connected in some way or another. The movie takes place in which England which is just magical for me because I’ve wanted to travel to England for years now. Also Hugh Grant. The people who cast these movies are on point with casting a cute male lead if you ask me.

The Polar Express

This is without a doubt my favorite Christmas movie ever. When I was in first grade we had a day in school where we got to watch the movie in our PJs and have Hot Chocolate like they did on the train. I love how this movie prompts the spirit of believing in Christmas. Believing in the magic of Christmas that concept is really important to me, and really embodies who I am this time of year. I’m going to be doing an entire post on the magic of Christmas but this movie totally captures it. Everything from the animation to the soundtrack of this movie, are out of this world. I can’t wait to one day share this movie with my children.

Those are some of my favorite Christmas movies, I’m also planning on doing a post on my favorite Disney Christmas movies so be on the look out for that as well. I told you guy I have plenty of Christmas content coming! What are some of your favorite Christmas movies? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for stopping by…until next time,

Be Nice. Be Good.
