An at home version of the popular Chex Mix that the whole family will enjoy.
Yield: 8 people
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Season-All Salt
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 1 cup Pretzle Stix (mini)
- 1 cup Peanuts
The first thing you'll want to do is preheat your oven to 250°F
Next, you'll want to cut up 6 tablespoons of butter in your large roast pan and let the butter melt in the oven. This should take about 5 minutes.
Once your butter is fully melted you'll want to add your two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
Next add in your two teaspoon or Season-All Salt and mix in with the butter and worcestershire sauce. This will the what coats your party mix & gives it a very slight spice.
Next you'll add 3 cups of Corn,Rice,and Wheat Chex. Make sure to mix the ceral in your sauce well to ensure they all get evenly coated.
Finally add your 1 cup of pretzel sticks and 1 cup of peanuts, again mixing in between.
